Ordered flowers for the funeral of my father-in-law. from the branch in Dalston, The contact from start to finish was second to none, I felt so assured and confident that my order was in good hands. The wreath delivered for my aunt's funeral matched the photo in Rosa Florist's on-line catalogue and the confirmation of delivery to the funeral director, received from d2f on the morning of the funeral, was an unexpected bonus. I was very pleased with the quality of the floral display and with the service provided and would not hesitate in recommending Rosa Florist and d2f for future floral deliveries.

Rosa Florist turned around an absolutely stunning gates of heaven funeral flower tribute for my Dad at very very short notice. The florist was so kind and considerate, he even rang me in the evening to check I got the flowers home ok on public transport- I did. Everyone complemented the flowers on funeral the day. I use to live in the UK from. 2004 to 2007 as a US soldier and IT contractor so naturally I remembered some florists. Called around Rosa happen to help me out when I was driving my semi truck as an Owner Operator here in the US. Very detailed business people and very kind and understanding. Excellent service, the florist phoned in the morning to let me know they were short of certain flowers but could make an appropriate substitution, and the delivery was prompt. The recipient thought it was a 'fabulously beautiful' bouquet.
